01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nutritiongreece.com or utilizing our personalized nutritional consulting services, you agree to be bound by these legal conditions. This platform is operated as a premium health resource for residents and expats living in Greece. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our digital portal and booking services.
Accessing our "Protocols" or scheduling a "Consultation" constitutes a formal agreement that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety.
02. Booking & Protocols
Scheduling an online consultation requires accurate personal data, including relevant health history which is protected under our Privacy Policy. Nutrition Greece operates on a professional scheduling basis. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a 50% service fee to cover the practitioner's preparation time.
- Payment for individual sessions is required at the time of booking via our secure gateway.
- Access to digital nutritional protocols is granted for personal use only and cannot be shared or resold.
03. Scope of Practice
The information provided through Nutrition Greece is for educational and wellness purposes. Our practitioners provide nutritional guidance and dietary planning; however, this does not replace medical diagnosis, medication prescriptions, or clinical treatment of diseases.
04. Proprietary Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, specialized protocols, graphics, and the "Nutrition Greece" brand identity, is the exclusive property of Nutrition Greece. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our proprietary methodology is strictly prohibited and protected by Greek and EU intellectual property laws.
05. Liability & Disclaimers
While we strive for clinical accuracy and excellence in our advice, results may vary based on individual metabolic responses, adherence to recommended programs, and underlying health factors. Nutrition Greece is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Limassol or Athens as applicable.
